How the Machine Works

This automated tray submerge system provides a faster, more consistent alternative to manually dipping plug trays.

Operators place a tray onto the infeed conveyor, which guides it into the treatment tank. A adjustable hold-down conveyor keeps the tray and plants at a controlled depth as they travel through the solution. The conveyor speed is adjustable, allowing the operator to set the exact amount of time each tray remains submerged.

After treatment, the tray is automatically lifted from the solution and transferred onto the discharge conveyor, creating one continuous process from loading to unloading.
