The GearCore software platform powering GearPerformer enables the digitization and automation of the vegetable and fruit packaging process. It offers a solution where workers currently inspect hundreds of products per minute. Challenges like finding and retaining staff threaten quality consistency, but GearPerformer resolves this. The GearCore platform, enhanced with Motion software, enables 360° quality assessment and location determination using point-cloud technology, allowing robots to sort products based on customized quality standards.

Faulty products can be removed by a high-tech robot, allowing for precise sorting into various classes (Class II, Class III, and Reject). We collaborate with robotics and logistics partners to provide the perfect solution, contributing to food waste reduction by utilizing residual streams.

With the comprehensive reporting dashboard, real-time quality monitoring per phenomenon, batch, and supplier is possible, offering tools for further crop and supplier optimization.
