You determine the quality standard for this assessment yourself via the user-friendly control interface. Each quality characteristic can be set separately. The GearStation 5 kg box ensures 100% in-line quality inspection of the work delivered by man and machine. This adds an objective quality measurement to the work registration and directly saves labour at the weighing station. The 30×40 and 60×40 cm boxes containing, for example, vine tomatoes that are of the correct weight and quality can now be palletised without human intervention.

The link to the labour registration system allows harvest quality to be further improved through targeted instruction of individuals. At the same time, we collect crop information about time per greenhouse, cultivation and season.
