Opt for the Holland Gaas OPTI VENT SYSTEM™
This innovative system has a significantly better ventilation capacity than traditional systems. Vents that can be opened wider, more surface area for the flow of air thanks to the convex shape of the guide mechanism, optimum coordination with the ventilation mechanism, and thinner yarns: all of this makes the OPTI VENT SYSTEM™ ideal for newly built greenhouses with vents according to the ‘wide-open principle’.
Do you want to prevent an outbreak of insects or a spread of viruses? Here’s a simple solution: use insect netting! Insect netting keeps harmful insects out of your greenhouse and biological crop protection in.
1. The OPTI VENT SYSTEM™ allows air vents to be opened wider than ever before.
2. The introduction of a new stainless steel guide system allows the insect netting to take on a convex shape. This means that there is more surface area available to accommodate the flow of air into and out of the greenhouse.
3. The use of thinner yarns results in a lower air resistance factor.
4. Optimal use is made of the netting slats because the vent openings can be better coordinated with the ventilation mechanism. The OPTI VENT SYSTEM™ was developed on the basis of the Holland Gaas accordion system. When closed, the insect netting folds together into a very thin package and is attached between the existing profiles of the greenhouse roof. This result in a minimal loss of light.
