Pot Washing Machine

Projecten pot washer can be used to wash both round and square pots. The machine employs downwards-facing brushes and side brushes which use water to clean the pots. The machine is fitted with 4 side brushes and 1 downwards-facing brush.

The machine is available as a manual, semi-automatic or automatic model. It can be adjusted in width and height to ensure that the entire pot is washed. The automatic washing line can automatically adjust its width and height using sizes entered in via the computer.

The machine is supplied with a collection tray to catch any water and/or moisture that drips from the pots. The washing line is equipped with a watering tube that can be used to directly water the plants. The quantity of water is adjustable and can be reused.

Semi Automated height and width adjustment. By means of an little PLC the different potdimensions can be set very easily, just by choosing a preset on the keypad of the PLC.

The size of the pot is measured by means of a photocell on the measuring conveyor. The horizontal brush then moves to the preset width and the vertical brushes to the preset height.Program for 9 pot sizes 2x Frequency controller 0.2kW, drives 0,18kW 30: 1 and Encoders Measuring conveyor should be bought seperately.
