Ultrasonic Labelling Machine

The ultrasonic labelling machine allows you to make a big impact on automation within your business. A pot waiting to be labelled comes to a halt in the Ultrasonic via the conveyor belt with belt set. A label is taken from a repository and held against the pot. At the same time, a metal counterholder is pressed down around the rim of the pot behind the label. The high-frequency head then comes into contact with the label and inseparably fuses the label to the pot. The pot leaves the machine and the cycle starts again.

Since mid-2025, we have had a new type of Ultrasonic labelling machine: The optimized ultrasonic labelling machine. With the previous type, a stopper inside the pot was required, whereas this is no longer necessary with this version. As a result, this version operates faster than the previous type. The optimized ultrasonic labelling machine has the following features:

 Capacity up to 3,500 labels per hour
 The protective cover extends less over the pot, reducing the risk of damage to the plant
 No metal backstop inside the pot
